The AGARITA Quartet is collaborating with Award-winning composer, violinist & vocalist, Caroline Shaw for its upcoming concert at Stable Hall that features her acclaimed works. The upcoming Cactus Pear Music Festival will present Search for Tomorrow, the love story of the beautiful Magelone and Count Peter of Provence. Music by Johannes Brahms. This sweeping 15-song cycle by Brahms stands among his most ambitious and emotionally expansive creations. Live Music Performances at Muck & Fuss. This April, Downtown New Braunfels eatery Muck & Fuss is inviting guests to its month-long live music series in its scenic biergarten, featuring performances by local artists. Every Friday and Saturday, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., guests can kick back, sip, and enjoy live music alongside cold drinks. The month’s lineup includes Krissy Taylor, Matt Gawlik, Oliver and Michele Steck, and more. (Every week through April 25).
The 44th Tejano Conjunto Festival is scheduled for May 14-17 and tickets are on sale now. The schedule of events includes a special tribute to Flaco Jimenez. The fest will kick off with Jesse Perez y Sus Compadres, Santiago Garza, Ruben del la Cruz y Su Conjunto and more.

As the Ballet San Antonio season concludes, the Dancers of Ballet San Antonio are preparing for the company’s gala performance – Encore 2026. You can see them at the Ballet San Antonio Studios on April 19th at 2 p.m. for “a vibrant event showcasing the artistry of multi-talented artists.” You’ll be treated to a curated program of dancer-choreographed works as well as iconic works of classical ballet. Fiesta Gowns at the Maverick Carter House. The House is celebrating Fiesta with a display of seven “Coronation” Robes from three generations of Aline B. Carter’s family. The gowns can be viewed on each of the three floors of the historic house filled with original Victorian furniture.
